Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and IMHOTECH SDN BHD (1687822W) ("we", "us"), which runs Niles. By creating an account or using Niles, you agree to them. If you use Niles for your employer, you confirm you're allowed to do so.

The service

Niles is an AI sales coach built on The Pharaoh's Pitch by Ivan Yong. It is in early access, so features, limits and plans may change.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person; don't share it.

Free trial and plans

Niles is currently free to try. The trial length and usage limits are the ones shown on niles.biz when you sign up. We won't charge you anything unless you choose a paid plan, and we'll show you the price before you do.

AI coaching is guidance, not a guarantee

Niles' replies are written by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuited to your situation. Use your own judgement, follow your employer's compliance rules, and don't treat Niles as legal, financial or regulatory advice. You're responsible for what you send to prospects and the decisions you make.

Your content

You own what you put into Niles. You allow us to store and process it only to run Niles for you, as our Privacy policy describes. When you enter details about other people, such as your prospects, you're responsible for having the right to do so under the data protection laws and employer policies that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• use Niles to break the law;
• enter sensitive data Niles doesn't need, such as identity card numbers, bank account details or health information;
• try to break, overload or reverse engineer Niles, or get around its usage limits;
• copy the book passages Niles shows you in bulk, or republish them;
• resell or share access to your account.

The book and our software

Niles quotes and draws on The Pharaoh's Pitch. Those passages remain protected by copyright: use them to learn and to sell better, not to reproduce the book. The Niles software, name and design belong to us.

Availability

We work to keep Niles running but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop features. If we close Niles altogether, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to get a copy of your data.

Ending your account

You can stop using Niles at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Niles is provided "as is". As far as Malaysian law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost deals, revenue or profit, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Niles after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
